Founder and Operator, Sevelin Cosmetics
Duane's career began with Estee Lauder where he trained and learned the basics. After winning "Store of the Year" for Estee Lauder, he gained significant recognition in the corporate cosmetic field. Duane rapidly advanced and moved to Revlon where he was promoted to Training Director for Revlon/Fine Fragrances in New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area. He subsequently progressed to the title of World Artist for Revlon International with responsibility for many world regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia. Duane then traveled the fashion circuit through Milan, Paris, London, and Germany. He had the privilege and opportunity to work with supermodels and designers from all over the world. While at Revlon, Duane managed the launch of the entire Bill Blass fragrances line.
Throughout his career, Duane is the artist who "paints" the faces of many super stars. Duane Sevelin's recent works include commercials and photo shoots for Vita-Malt, Comfort Fabric Softener, BMI Airlines, Sky Sports, Simon/Peter of Barbados, Holders Season, International Jazz Singer, Rosemary Phillips, World Renown Artist Sir Cliff Richard, Photographer Bob Kiss, The Barbados Music Awards, The Arlington Museum, The Concord (aircraft) Museum, Film Barbados, The Caribbean Production Services Company, Hello Mag,. Moore Creative Services, The Sugar Collection by Sue Bohnam, Colombian Emeralds, The Jeweller's at Sandy Lane Jemma Kidd Makeup School and The George Washington Museum and film.
