Duane's career began with Estee Lauder where he trained and learned the basics. After winning "Store of the Year" for Estee Lauder, he gained significant recognition in the corporate cosmetic field. Duane rapidly advanced and moved to Revlon where he was promoted to Training Director for Revlon/Fine Fragrances in New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area. He subsequently progressed to the title of World Artist for Revlon International with responsibility for many world regions including Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia. Duane then traveled the fashion circuit through Milan, Paris, London, and Germany. He had the privilege and opportunity to work with supermodels and designers from all over the world. While at Revlon, Duane managed the launch of the entire Bill Blass fragrances line.
Throughout his career, Duane is the artist who "paints" the faces of many super stars. Duane presently has the opportunity to showcase his exceptional talent and styling ideas for men, women and children of all ages through his work with cable television networks such as USA Networks, Nickelodeon and Lifetime. Indeed, Duane continues to work with many famous celebrities today. Currently, he works as Head Artist for the Gracie Allen Awards where he regularly meets with many dignitaries and celebrities such as Senator Hillary Clinton, Rosie O'Donnell, Paula Zahn, Diane Sawyer, Carole Black and many more. Moreover, Duane was the featured artist for the Soap Opera Update Awards, The Daytime Emmy's, Fashion Emergency, The Daily Show, Soap Opera Update, Soap Opera Digest and Soap Opera Weekly.
